This project is the floor for the Williamstown Theatre Festival 2014 production of The Visit. Designed by Scott Pask, Scenic Charge-Keeley Dorwart

1)Primed sheets of MDF with tile pattern/grout already routed into it using a grey tinted primer for the grout color
2)Applied base coats of Rosco Off Broadway paints to each different tile in the pattern with small foam rollers
3)Glazed tiles with Supersat glazes and small rollers
4) Here's where it gets exciting! It became necessary to fill in the dimensional grout lines to bring the sheets back to a level surface. The floor was already completely painted and there wasn't time to level it out and start again. So what did we do? Ordered a TON of Rosco Crystal Gel and troweled it over the surface to fill in the grout lines. Incredibly effective in a pinch! Thanks Rosco!
